How to make the Tarquin’s Sloe Bramble Cocktail

Bold and richly fruity, this delicious festive cocktail is a nod to wild Cornish hedgerows.

As part of our Christmas competition, A Cornish Advent, our friends at Tarquin’s Gin share their recipe for the perfect festive party cocktail.

Made using traditional techniques and quality ingredients, the gin experts at Tarquin’s have been handcrafting award-winning spirits on the Cornish coast since 2012. This indulgent cocktail is a celebration of the landscape of our shared coastal home in all its winter glory.

Simple to make and with a hint of the Christmas classic, sloe gin, the Sloe Bramble lends itself to long, cosy evenings relaxing by the fire, hosting your nearest and dearest, or sipping while you’re wrapping up those last few gifts to go under the tree.

Follow the recipe below to have a go at making it at home yourself.
